The prices include the final cleaning, a set of bedlinen, hand-, bath- and pool towels. If you stay longer than one week, a weekly intermediate cleaning, a change of bedlinen, hand-, bath- and pool towels is obligatory. Any additional cleaning services, bedlinen or towel changes requested will be charged separately.
Prices are inclusive tourist tax

For a binding reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total price of the booking is expected. The remaining amount must be transferred no later than 6 weeks before the start of your vacation, otherwise your reservation will expire at that time.
If you cancel the reservation or do not arrive on the agreed date, for whatever reason, the payments already made will not be refunded and will be taken as cancellation fee.

A damage deposit of 300 EUR is required. This is to be paid by bank transfer or cash. You will be contacted by the host before your arrival. The refund will be made within 7 days after your check-out. The damage deposit will be refunded to you in full by bank transfer or cash after the accommodation has been checked and no damage, caused by you, has been found.
